Refund Policy
At bestchat.chat, our goal is to deliver high-quality, reliable AI tools that support you every step of the way. Please read the following policy carefully so you understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to cancellations and refunds.
Subscription Cancellation
1.1 We offer a trial period so you can experience bestchat.chat before committing to a full subscription. If you cancel your trial through the appropriate channel before it expires but are still charged, please reach out to us. If we can confirm timely receipt of your cancellation, we will issue a refund.
1.2 Choosing to continue your subscription after the trial ends means you agree to ongoing, automatic recurring billing as outlined in the disclosure below.
Recurring Billing Disclosure
2.1 By subscribing to bestchat.chat you agree to recurring billing under your chosen plan. Recurring billing means your payment method will be charged automatically at the specified intervals until you cancel.
2.2 Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
2.3 You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. To do so, follow the cancellation instructions in your welcome email or contact our customer support team at support@bestchat.chat.
2.4 Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started. If you cancel before the next cycle begins, you will not be charged for that period.
No Refund Conditions
3.1 Subscription Acceptance: Once a subscription is activated, all fees paid are non-refundable except as described in section 2 above.
3.2 Trial Period Cancellation: Canceling during your trial period stops renewal — no refund is needed. Once the trial concludes and the subscription continues, fees become non-refundable.
3.3 Recurring Billing: Fees are billed in advance. Canceling after a billing cycle has started does not entitle you to a refund for that cycle, though you will retain access through the end of the period.
3.4 Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or any unused portion of your subscription.
3.5 Technical Errors (within 30 days of purchase): Refund requests related to technical errors may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to review and approval by the bestchat.chat customer support team.
