Once a refund has been issued on our end, it generally takes between 5 and 10 business days for the amount to appear back in your account. The exact timing varies depending on your bank or card provider.

Unfortunately, once a refund leaves our system we are unable to track its progress on your bank's side. If the expected timeframe has passed and the funds have not yet appeared, we recommend reaching out to your bank directly — their team will be best equipped to trace the transaction and provide an update.
